SA blogger, Thickleeyonce is in ICU for days after surviving a “tragic accident”.
The influencer took to social media to announce the ugly incident and shared snaps from the incident also.
Thicleeyonce and her siblings were in the car that was involved in the accident.
However, she is grateful unto God, as she was close to loosing her life.
“I have been in ICU for the past days, this has been the most traumatic experience of my life. I was so close to losing my life but my God said “Not yet my child. Not yet.” I am still in shock and I still can’t stop crying. I cannot thank my God enough for giving me a second chance to live. God protected me and my siblings from a very tragic accident, I am filled with gratitude. I am still in ICU and recovering. Some days are easier than others but each day is a blessing. I don’t know what I would do without my family and friends,” she said.
“I’m taking each day as it comes. I am protected by a higher power and I know I am going to be okay. Please do not take your life for granted, it might sound corny but please live your life to the fullest because tomorrow is never guaranteed. Life is so fragile, we’re truly living on borrowed time. Thank you Heavenly Father for another chance to do this life thing again,” she added.

Their love and prayers keep me going. I don’t even know how to even begin thanking my mother @lerato_ld and my step dad for all that they’ve done for me during this unpleasant time. I am surrounded by so much love, it’s truly heartwarming. I also have the best and kindest nurses, physio therapist, doctors and psychologists taking care of both my physical and mental health. I’m taking each day as it comes. I am protected by a higher power and I know I am going to be okay. Please do not take your life for granted, it might sound corny but please live your life to the fullest because tomorrow is never guaranteed. Life is so fragile, we’re truly living on borrowed time. Thank you Heavenly Father for another chance to do this life thing again.
