Yesterday we broke the story that Osagie Osarenkhoe, the current manager of Skales had been charged with fraud by record label, Baseline records. Now reports are coming out that Skales has also been implicated in the saga, and both are in police custody. Osagie had tweeted yestertday that she was being held by the police but denied claims that she was detained. However, Cool FM Radio personality claims that both the manager and artist are in police custody: “Update on Skales and His Manager Osagie….. According to @wale_ewedemi an inside source for Baseline records, they have both been remanded in Police Custody after confessing to various charges of fraud and diversion of Baseline Records funds They are currently assisting the Police in unraveling the extent of the fraud.
