Reggae-dancehall star Shatta Wale is in no way letting social media bullies get at him; instead, he is asking them to support KiDi on his new ‘Touch It’ remix featuring Tyga.
Shatta Wale found himself a subject of discussion when he recently caught social media’s attention with a clip of him kissing his bodyguard, Shatta Kumoji following his release from jail. Kumoji was in police custody for a few days and his first point of business was at Shatta’s home where ‘emotions played out. Besides kissing Kumoji, the dancehall star gifted him a necklace he was wearing.
Following the conversation online on the event, Shatta said that Ghanaians should use the same energy they are using to discuss the ‘holy kiss’ in promoting KiDi.
“@KiDiMusic drop song pls let’s push and stop talking about my Holy kiss. Go KiDi Go Ghana!!” he tweeted Thursday. As all this happened, Shatta’s girlfriend Elfreda and his close friends were present but looked on in what seemed like a bit of confusion. The video has been the subject of discussion but Shatta Wale playfully dismissed all assumptions with his tweet saying “Kissing makes my fans happy,” he posted.
