For her part, Minaj returns to straight rapping, somehow forging a deeply explicit flow despite comical references to daffodils, NyQuil, and romaine lettuce. After the doubly sappy “Pills N Potions”, it’s just nice to hear Minaj bring a little lyrical fire.
