Nigerian/British pop singer Sade Adu’s daughter Mackalia ‘ila’ Adu is ready to formally become known as a man. A transgender man by under going some surgery.
The 20 year old is the daughter of the popular Grammy Awards winner, Sade Adu and Bob Morgan; the latter a Jamaican-American music producer. Before now, Mackalia is known to openly profess her feelings to be a man.
‘Ila’ a profound lesbian keeps a well known relationship with her partner much to the glee of social media. She is reportedly suffering from ‘gender dysphoria’ (a condition where a person experiences discomfort or distress because there’s a mismatch between their biological sex and gender identity).
In a bit of a news to her followers on instagram she revealed that she is undergoing surgery to officially become a man as she always wanted.

In preparation for this medical procedure, Ila has been dressing up in male regalia. She has also been taking male hormones inducing drugs, obvious changes are noticed in her flaccid breast and huskier masculine voice. Her tagline has always been ‘I came in like a lamb, but I intend to leave like a lion’.
As widespread as the news of Mackalia’s sex change go, her mother Sade Adu has maintained sealed lips about it.
