Nigerian politician and former senator, Dino Melaye, has thanked the youths of his community for rising to his defense when hoodlums tried to vandalize his home.
Dino Melaye had earlier sounded the alarm crying out for help as he claimed hoodlums were on their way to attack and destroy his house in Aiyetoro Gbede, Lokoja.
The controversial lawmaker said that the youth in the community prevented the hoodlums from raiding his home and it is because of his good deeds in the community that compelled them to fight for him.
Sharing a video of how Kogi youths stormed his house, the 46 year old wrote;
“Community efforts stop hoodlums from attacking my house in Aiyetoro Gbede. I thank Okun Youths and Women. Security Agencies did well too. Above all I thank God Almighty. SDM”
