It is official! General Muhamadu Buhari has won the 2015 Presidential elections after defeating the incumbent, GOODLUCK Jonathan. The elections were held on saturday March 28th, 2015 after a 6 week postponement from the original date of February 14th, 2015. This is the first time in the history of Nigeria, that an incumbent president has been voted out of power. This is as much a victory for APC, as it is for the people of Nigeria who had been ruled under the PDP party for the last 16 years.
