Legendary highlife singer, sir Victor Uwaifo Olaiya has passed on at the age of 89. According to reports, he was said to have suffered a brief illness after which he was rushed to the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital where he breathed his last breath.
The veteran singer is the father to the late actress, Moji Olaiya who passed on in 2017.
Since the news of his demise broke out, Nigerians have started eulogizing him.

Also, entertainers and celebrities have since started mourning the late singer.
