The streaming company announced it’s arrival on Twitter via a new page saying;

”N is for Naija. N is for Nollywood. N is the 14th alphabet. 14 is also how many great talents you’re looking at. N is for Netflix. But most importantly…hello, Nigeria!”
Nigerians have since taken to the comment section to share their thoughts about the arrival of Netflix in the country.
One person tweeted saying;
”Just here to say please and please as much as it is Nigeria, not everyone here is into Nollywood movies. So please do not push Nigerian movies into my recommended movies. Thank you and welcome.”
