Nollywood actress, Mercy Johnson has revealed that she’ll rather vote for singer, Tuface Idibia over D’Banj if he runs for Nigeria president.
The actress made this known during a question and answer session with Goldmyne TV weeks after she premiered her new movie ‘Legend of Inikpi‘.
The actress seemed smitten by the singer as she recounted her husband, Prince Okojie’s reaction after meeting the singer.
The soon-to-be mom of four said;
“He’s an example of what we should be like, even after tasting wealth. He’s somebody everyone should emulate when it comes to humility and humanity. Every time I meet him, I pick something,”
“My husband was impressed when he met him, that thing that has you nod your head and say ‘that’s a legit example.’ He’s going to change lots of things that people would be forced to emulate him.
“He has this contagious personality that, when you see him, you ask yourself how he remains humble after achieving so much, such wealth, such personality, such talents.”
Information Nigeria recalls Tuface had declared his interest in running for a political office in 2017 and he also called for a nationwide protest against policies implemented by President Muhammadu Buhari administration in 2018 but he chickened out, never making it a reality.
