Governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki has demanded the ‘immediate’ arrest of the National Chairman of All Progressives Congress, Adams Oshiomhole.
Recall that Obaseki urged the presidency and the Inspector General of Police, Muhammed Adamu to call the APC National Chairman to order.

However, in a new twist to the ongoing crisis in the state, Obaseki called on the IGP and the Director-General, Department of State Services, Yusuf Bichi, to arrest Oshiomhole for disobeying police orders which banned rallies and for inciting violence in the state.
The governor, who spoke through his deputy, Philip Shaibu told the journalists that a petition has been submitted to that effect to relevant authorities.
