Nigerian Dancer, Kaffy, Blasts Naira Marley over ‘Soapy’ Dance
Multiple Award-winning Nigerian dancer, Kaffy, has reacted to the new song and dance trend “Soapy” introduced by Naira Marley.
The dancer explained that the song encourages masturbation, being inappropriate for kids, is offensive to adults.
The dance was apparently inspired by masturbating prison inmates which Naira Marley had contact with when he was arrested for internet fraud.
Reacting to the dance, Kaffy said;
Am sorry, I can’t take this In the history of Naija Dance I have never seen a more disgusting immoral dance like the so called soapy. It should never be encouraged, Am really disappointed… This is a No . #myopinion
As dancers we should also speak for what is right we shouldn’t encourage this for the sake of trend. Esp when it’s not even censored away from kids ,as an adult sef it’s offensive. #rubbish
