Nigerian singer Burna Boy has reacted to singer Angelique Kidjo winning the Grammy award for ‘Best World Music’ for her album ‘Celia,’.
The ‘African Giant’ crooner has taken to his Twitter account to congratulate the legendary singer on her win.

He tweeted;
”Congratulations mama
Kidjo, while accepting her award, took the time to praise the wealth of new talent coming from the continent. “The new generation of artists coming from Africa are going to take you by storm and the time has come.”
She then went on to dedicate the award to Burna saying, “this is for Burna Boy, [he] is among those young artists [who] came from Africa [who] are changing the way our continent is perceived, and the way African music has been the bedrock for every [type] of music.”
